Shipping policy

Overview

All orders are processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. SpaceofLuv operates from our fulfillment partners, and shipping times may vary depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.

Processing Time

 Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

 You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days (if applicable). Costs are calculated at checkout.

 Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, custom processing, or peak holiday seasons, which are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SpaceofLuv is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@spaceofluv.com so we can investigate and assist you with the carrier.
